As the plane approaches the land, suddenly one realizes that this is one of the most populated cities of the world, as for quite a few minutes is flying over the city.
Once overcoming this first shock and decide to move around the city, you realize that this isn't that impossible after all due to the metro that covers most parts.
Then you go the historic center and you discover a very modern city and wonder if you are still in Europe! Besides the modern city style the city center doesn't lack green areas and you can spent hours and hours walking without getting bored.
A whole day at the museum of anthropology and another one at Chapultepec are definitely days well spent. And of course you'll be regressing...
